2-DAY Workshop || 2.5 hours per class

In this introductory course I will cover:

• Stages of labor

• Your rights

• When to go to the hospital/birth center

• Communicating with your provider

• Intro of decision making skills

• Basic coping skills

• Basic labor positions, massages, and breathing techniques

• What to expect at the hospital/ birth center

• Bringing baby home

• Your recovery
